Special Events: Workshop with Tymoteusz and Agnieska

​​Tymoteusz and Agnieszka are tango teachers and performers based in Krakow where they run a very successful tango school contributing hugely to the excellent level of tango in Poland. They have taught and performed at many events in Poland and Europe. We are very excited this lovely couple will come to Cambridge in a regular basis to teach and perform.

Friday 26th Jan 2018

- Ladies Technique: How to deal with ocho? Balance, spiral turns and more tips that will you give the freedom. Highly recommended as a preparation to boleo class.

Theme: Lets get dizzy with tango vals. How is it different from tango? Rhythm, quality of the movement and sequences to dance in a milonga.

Sunday 28th Jan 2018

Theme: Boleo vademecum. We are going to share with you our author’s method of leading/following boleos in a milonga -ergonomic, spiral and save for your spine. The process of learning boleo is usually quite long. We will speed up this process by doing 3 classes in a row with boleo only. In the end of a day you will know how to use our technique to do boleo as an accent expressing the music.
